The XXX scientific-practical conference with international participation "Development of the homeopathic method in modern medicine" was held January 24-25, 2020 at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN University).

The conference was held under the motto - Aude sapere!, which is the epigraph of The Organon of Medical Art, the immortal work of the founder of Homeopathy - H.F. S. Hahnemann.

The conference was attended by over 500 specialists from various regions of Russia and foreign countries (Belarus, Germany, Israel, India, Spain, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Ukraine).

For the first time in the framework of the conference a competition of Young Scientists was held. The expert commission appreciated the submitted works, highlighting the prizes of the participants.

At the opening of the conference participants were welcomed by the Secretary of the Information and Communication Department of the International Medical Homeopathic League (LMHI), Director of the Ministry of AYUSH Delhi (India) Raj Kumar Manchanda. Noting the role and importance of such events for the development of homeopathy both in Russia and abroad, he praised the level of the reports presented, emphasizing that it is of great importance that the conference is held in a well-known educational institution in many countries of the world - the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN University).

Also, welcoming remarks were made by the representative of the Ministry of AYUSH of India in Russia Dr R. Sarashetti, President of the Siberian Homeopathic Association D. Chabanov, Chairman of the Public Organization "Homeopaths on the Caucasian Mineral Waters" of the Stavropol Territory S. Pershkov and other representatives of public associations and firms participating in the exhibition exposure.

Before the official opening of the scientific-practical conference, the IX Russian Homeopathic Congress was held, at which A. Karpeev Chairman of the National Council for Homeopathy made a keynote speech, noting in his speech modern trends in the development of homeopathy in Russia. The congress was attended by prominent scientists, representatives of medical organizations, manufacturing companies and public professional homeopathic organizations.

The conference was organized by the Department of Homeopathy of the IEM of RUDN University with the support of leading public professional organizations - the Liga Medicorum Homoeopathica Internationalis, the Russian Homeopathic Society, the National Council for Homeopathy and the Russian Homeopathic Association.

Conference participants appreciated the high level of preparation and holding of such a significant event and thanked the leadership of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia and the Department of Homeopathy of the Institute of Oriental Medicine of the RUDN University for the high level of the conference.

Following the conference, scientific materials were published that were included in the Russian Citation Index (RSCI) and a resolution was adopted whose decisions are aimed at expanding the practical application of the homeopathic treatment method based on evidence-based medicine and integrative development principles in modern medicine.
